If You faced with any problems in game, at first try to search for a solution in knowledge base.

But if You still can’t find any solution yourself or You want to report about game bugs, rules violations – You can contact our team in many ways:

• Live help in game: You can contact our GMs by writing a private message, if You want to check whether somebody from our team is logged in game – use /gmlist command.
• Live help via Skype public chat channel: visit beyond.lt/skype or write privately to GM beyond.lt/gm (mostly available during weekdays from 10:00 till 17:00 GMT+2).
• Via help desk: visit support.beyond.lt and write new ticket to get fast help or to make report.
